About Tal Rolande
Hi, I’m Tal Rolande (née Chantal Rolande Kathleen Plourde). I’m a freelance writer, editor and content marketing specialist; and I attend concerts every chance I get.
I’ve spent my life as a natural-born writer, earning a bachelor’s degree in English, focusing on American Literature and Communication Studies with a concentration in Image Politics and Persuasion. Since then, I’ve been a promoter, web media writer, digital editor and content marketing specialist; covering intersections of music, culture, news, lifestyle and home improvement.
Previously, I’ve held positions at The Home Depot, Shared and HomeStars, working with B2B/B2C businesses to provide articles, ads, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, press releases, product descriptions, inline content, testimonials and more by request.
Along the way, I’ve found countless forks in the road that have helped me carve my path. My specialities include bilingual (English/French) content management and digital marketing, email marketing, copywriting and social media for entrepreneurs, small businesses and large corporations.
